48" WIDE X .030 STIRLICH STRAIGHTENER SERIAL #: -10 HP AC Vector Drive geared for 200 FPM Maximum Roll Speed. -7 Work Rolls (3 over 4) - 3" Dia. hardened and ground work rolls. -Work Rolls and Pinch Rolls are mounted in Anti-Friction Bearings. -Powered Entry Pinch Rolls actuated through two (2) Pneumatic Cylinders. -All lower Work Rolls and Pinch Rolls are geared together and chain driven. -Bearings will be provided with manual grease points for lubrication. -End Housings and Bearing Blocks to be heavy duty machined steel. -Upper Work Roll Head vertical and bank adjusted through (4) anti-backlash screw jacks with dial indicator readout type hand wheel. -Heavy Duty welded structural steel framework.
